The Early Years (1965–1972) es una caja de compilación de 33 discos establecida por Pink Floyd, lanzada el 11 de noviembre de 2016.
El conjunto incluye siete volúmenes con CD, DVD, BD , discos de vinilo y recuerdos que incluyen fotos, carteles y programas turísticos. Contiene singles tempranos que no son álbumes, más grabaciones inéditas de estudio y en vivo.
La caja recopila material desde 1965 con sus primeros demos hasta 1972 antes del "Dark Side Of The Moon"

Antes de ese gran éxito, es importante saber como surgió esta banda, de donde radica su magia y brillo y poder conocer su historia, pues esta tiene un peso fundamental que fue incluso base para posteriores trabajos y discos, pues en medida gran parte de su éxito esta echo en base a sus inicios, sus raíces y su historia en particular.
The Early Years no solo esta echo para los fanáticos de la banda, sino para cualquier persona con gusto de la buena música, y que quiera saber mas eh indagar en uno de los cuantos mejores pasajes de la banda.
Ademas de que el diseño la caja encaja perfecto con su significado histórico, pues este esta totalmente inspirado en la Van que usaban para transportarse antes de incluso llamarse Pink Floyd (En 1965 se hacían llamar Tea-Set)
